These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, services, and interactions facilitated by The Wingwoman Agency. By purchasing a ticket or participating in our events, you agree to the following:

Our events are designed to support single parents in creating connections, building community, and enjoying meaningful experiences. While we hope you gain value from participating, we do not guarantee friendships, romantic connections, or any specific outcomes.

All ticket purchases are non-refundable, including for:
- Change of mind
- Illness or inability to attend
- Missed events or late arrivals
 

Please ensure you’re able to attend before purchasing your ticket. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a credit or transfer to a future event.

We aim to create a welcoming, safe and respectful space. By attending, you agree to:
- Treat others with kindness and respect
- Not engage in harassment, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour
- Follow all venue rules and any instructions from event hosts
 

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without refund.

We are not counsellors, therapists, psychologists or relationship experts. Any advice, discussions, or connections made at events are general in nature and should not be considered professional guidance. Participants attend and engage at their own risk.

We are not liable for:
- Any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during or as a result of attending our events
- The actions or conduct of other attendees
- Any external factors beyond our control (e.g. venue issues, weather, COVID restrictions)
 

Events may take place in both private venues and public spaces. You are responsible for your own safety, decisions, and belongings at all times.

We may occasionally take photos or videos at events for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please inform the event organiser before or during the event.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information is collected, stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
